ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE FOR
ENGAGEMENT OF GUEST FACULTY
Applications on plain paper are invited from the desirous candidates for temporary engagement of Guest faculty in the following Trades/Subjects for the academic session 2023-24. The applications dully completed in all respects shall reach this office by or before 16-08-2023 along with self attested copies of the following certificates:
1. Date of Birth.
2. Domicile Certificate.
3. Academic/ Technical Qualification Certificate with Marks Sheets.
4. Experience Certificate in the relevant teaching field from Govt. recognized Institute/Organization/Department.
(The experience certificate must be supported by Salary statement/bank statement of the applicant from the
Institute/Organization/Department last attended).
The requisite qualification for the said positions is specified below:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) The engagement shall be for a period of one academic session only.
2) The candidates engaged as such shall be paid a monthly honorarium of @ Rs. 7,500/=
(Rupees Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Only) in case of Degree holders and
Rs. 7,000/= (Rupees Seven Thousand only) = in case of Diploma Holders.
3) The selection shall be made by the committee from among the eligible applicants.
4) Mere submission of application form or eligibility shall not entitle any applicant right to get engaged.
5) Application not supported by the documents shall be rejected without any notice to the applicant.
6) The selected candidates shall have to furnish an undertaking from the Judicial Magistrate that he/she has accepted all the terms and conditions and shall have no preferential claim for his/her continuation/re-engagement or permanent appointment in the Department/Institute.
7) The selected candidates shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the trainees and the Superintendent ITI Pulwama
