2nd/Final Selection list of candidates for admission in three years diploma programmes in all the polytechnics of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh, session-2023
In pursuance to Notification No. 38-BOTE of 2023 dated 14-07-2023, the 2nd / Final Selection List candidates as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for Admission Year – 2023 in various Polytechnics of Union Territory of J&K and UT Ladakh as per the Annexure “A” to this notification which is available on website of the Board (www.jksbotelive.com) only. The provisionally selected candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted polytechnics by or before in original:-
- Marks Card of 10″ class.
- Date of birth Certificate of 10th class.
- Marks card of 12th class( for MLT students with compulsory Biology)
- Domicile Certificate
- Category Certificate, if any
- Medical fitness certificate
- Any other certificate/document as required by the College/Institution.
The candidates are advised to report to the allotted polytechnics up to 04-08-2023 positively. It shall be sole responsibility of the Polytechnics concerned to ensure proper check and verification of documents/ eligibility before the candidate is allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents, the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules. In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (04-08-2023), the Principal Polytechnics are requested to designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
The Choice Not Allotted (CNA) candidates may contact the Govt. Polytechnic College of their respective districts after 04-08-2023.
Further all the Govt/Private Polytechnics are advised to fill up the leftover/vacant seats for the year 2023 at institutional level and admit eligible candidates as per norms..
